Join Cecily for this high energy arm balance workshop where you will build your confidence, face your fears and defy gravity.

What to expect:

  • Lots of wrist, shoulder and core drills that will both stretch and strengthen these areas helping you to grow your arm balance practice

  • A breakdown of foundational arm balance postures practised most frequently in yoga classes such as crow, one legged crow and flying pigeon

An exploration of more challenging arm balances such as side crow, dragonfly as well as split-legged arm balances to challenge your body and focus your mind
