This fun filled 3 hour workshop will take you through an exciting journey of inversions. Learn various tools and techniques to help strengthen and lengthen our bodies in preparation for inverted postures such as headstand, forearm stand, tripod and handstand. Inversions help us to literally change our perspective, overcome fear and trust in our own abilities and try new things which are all important lessons we can apply to life!
Each student will be given plenty of class time to practice their inversions on how to approach and execute confidently and safely and receive hands on adjustments and exercises to help better assist their practice.
This workshop is a fun and safe way to challenge, strengthen and deepen your understanding of your own yoga path and is suitable for all levels, however it is advised that you have a some yoga experience of at least a few months.
