Join Cecily in this fundamentals of alignment workshop designed for both beginner and experienced yogis who would like to fine tune their basic alignment skills. Challenge both your body and mind and breakdown common myths surrounding yoga alignment. This workshop will include warming up the body, breaking down components of sun salutations and transitions as well as foundational standing poses and back bends then finish with a sequenced flow putting into practice what you have discovered in your new learnings.
