Revitalise your being with this 3 day yoga retreat in the luxurious surrounds of Sorrento!

Join me for a nourishing, high vibe weekend yoga retreat surrounded by the pristine beaches of Sorrento. Our retreat refuge is only 90min drive from Melbourne and just a few minutes walk to the bay and surf beaches and Sorrento township, complete with a solar heated swimming pool, pool house and tennis court. 

Your days will be filled with healing elemental vinyasa and yin yoga sessions, meditation, yoga nidra and pranayama as well as plenty of time to either chill out by the pool or explore the beautiful surroundings. I’ll also be offering optional yoga workshops to deepen your practice and activities such as SUP yoga and bathing in the open air mineral springs down on the Peninsula.

Delicious, healthy food is always a big focus for all of our retreats. Be nourished on the inside with fresh, local and seasonal produce. Our stunning and carefully curated menu is lovingly prepared by our on-site chef to ensure that each meal is not only delicious but suited to any dietary requirements.

SPRING AWAKENING

I’m so excited to present the Spring Awakening 3-day weekend retreat.  Spring is a time to welcome new beginnings and what better way to invite change and open up to the possibilities of a new season, a new moment, a new you than with a yoga and wellbeing retreat.

This retreat will take you on an investigatory voyage , tapping into the awareness of energies inside us and the macrocosm of energies surrounding us to bring ourselves into a greater state of harmony with nature. As we shed our winter skin and peel away layers through our practice we will glimpse into the true essence within each of us, giving space to release, restore, awaken and rediscover our individual uniqueness.

A series of thoughtfully sequenced cleansing and releasing Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha flow classes (4 sessions in total) will range from sweaty and invigorating, to deeply nourishing.  You will leave the weekend feeling uplifted and recharged.

This special weekend is meant to be expansive, inspiring and meaningful; an opportunity to deepen your practice while spending time out of the city to reconnect to yourself and your priorities. The retreat will take place at the beautiful and peaceful property Casas Allegra & Andante, located in the picturesque town of Trentham, just over an hour from Melbourne.  Surrounded by Wombat State Forest, the whole region is enveloped in stunning nature and scenery.

In addition to our sadhana (practice) there will also be lots of time to relax and explore the surrounding wilderness!

Join me for a two-night summer yoga retreat at the luxury hideaway 215 Mt. Buffalo Retreat, located in Victoria's alpine country just ten minutes from the beautiful, leafy green town of Bright. This unique retreat space is nestled amongst nature on 26 acres of private land at the base of Mt. Buffalo, complete with a fully equipped far infrared heated yoga studio as well as a solar heated in-ground private pool.  With plenty of time to rest, swim or hike you will be nourished on the inside with delicious, raw, vegan meals.  Our private chef, Susan Mould from Raw Joy will tailor the menu using the freshest, seasonal produce. Wow, such awesome guides for the week. The asanas and meditations they put together and led us through were terrific. The themes for each day of the 4 elements and space gave the sessions a great sense of continuity, and their ability to fully cater for the wide levels of experience and ability in the group speaks to their skill as instructors. I know having a small group helped here, but the little things they both gave when the other was leading the practice, whether it was a correction or a massage in just the right spot to get you through the pose, was a rare treat that’s just not possible with larger classes.
I also now understand why Cecily’s yin classes on Wednesday are booked out each week. Her evening sessions were wonderful, she puts so much thought into not just the poses and their sequence, but also the music, the words and messages she wants us to take away from the practice. She has a beautiful spirit that she is so willing to share, love her work! I slept soundly each night and awoke each day refreshed and ready for more.
