Private one-on-one sessions or small group classes are incredibly beneficial for practitioners of any level looking to deepen particular aspects of their practice, refine alignment and fundamentals and receive individually tailored advice.

Classes are designed to suit the individual and incorporate movement with breathing techniques appropriate for age and level of fitness and flexibility.

There is the option to book in for private classes either at your home or office or use one of the yoga studios where I teach public classes at a slight extra cost.
